Patrick W. Brannon, P.E. |
|
Pat's Florida construction experience began in 1972 as he worked his way up through the trades with experience as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent and project manager. Along the way Pat earned his BS in Engineering "With Honors" from the University of Florida. Pat is also a Certified General Contractor and has particular experience in designing and constructing industrial facilities. He also has experience in CPM scheduling, claims research, and dispute resolution on projects valued in excess of $100 million. Expert testimony includes trial, arbitration and extensive mediation experience. |

John R. Oxley, P.E. |
|
John has worked full time in construction since 1971 and before that worked six years part time as a survey party member, inspector, and survey party chief while in school. After getting his Master's degree in Civil Engineering at Stanford, John served as a Florida based CPM scheduler on over 700 projects. He enjoys working to get the members of the job team rowing together for that mutual goal of a profitable and timely completion. Beginning in the mid 70's, attorneys began to seek his expertise in accurately presenting the facts during disputes. As a result, he has served as an expert witness and provided testimony in more than 30 formal proceedings. John is also an arbitrator on the AAA construction panel. He sometimes speaks to industry groups about improved schedule control and proven methods of management and documentation to reduce the risk of serious disputes. |

Susan A. Richardson, P.E. |
|
Susan graduated from General Motors Institute with a BS in Industrial Engineering in 1985. She also obtained an MBA and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1994. Susan’s experience in construction includes working as a Project Controls Engineer on projects ranging from $80 to $900 million, developing and implementing Engineering and Construction schedules for industrial and commercial projects. Susan has also served as a Project Management Consultant and a Project Manager on various projects for the automotive industry. Susan’s current responsibilities include claims research and analysis and CPM scheduling on current projects. |

Mark T. Amsinger, P.E. |
|
With 25 years experience as a Project Manager and Senior Estimator, Mark has worked on a wide variety of industrial, commercial and residential projects. A graduate of the University of Missouri with a BSCE in Civil Engineering, Mark is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Illinois, in addition to being a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida. Mark’s expertise includes schedule preparation and analysis, procurement and cost controls, as well as claim preparation and litigation assistance. |

Gregory A. Zier, A.I.A. |
|
Greg is a Florida licensed Architect and General Contractor who started working part time in construction at the age of 14. He continued to work summers while he was earning his five year Professional Master's Degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Greg also received a Minor Degree in Electronic Design by studying 3D modeling and animation, CAD, and video production. He worked as an Intern Architect in Florida and Minnesota before becoming a consultant with OBCCI. Greg is the office network administrator in addition to creating 2D and 3D graphics, animation, and video related to construction marketing and disputes. |

Michael L. Mahoney |
|
As a certified general contractor with 30 years experience in the building industry, Michael has been involved with diversified projects ranging from 600,000 sq to values of up to $40 million. Projects included offices, hospitals, retail, manufacturing as well as education and recreational facilities. After graduating with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, Michael has had extensive experience in management consulting to owners, designers and contractors in the areas of operations, cost estimating, finance, construction management as well as claims and litigation support. |

Philip T. Sorenson |
|
After obtaining a BS degree in Construction Management from Syracuse University in 1976, Phil gained experience representing the Owner as well as the Contractor through his work in contract administration and direct jobsite supervision. After several years' tenure as a project manager on commercial, residential and industrial projects, Phil then assumed full in-house responsibility for CPM scheduling at two large general contracting and construction management firms until joining OBCCI in 1985. Also a Certified General Contractor, Phil's current duties include production CPM scheduling on current projects, as well as claims research and analysis including expert witness testimony. |

Jenifer A. Bisceglia |
|
Jenifer serves as the Office Manager and Professional Assistant. She performs research and graphics support in addition to general tasks around the office. Jenifer received her Bachelor's Degree in Food Resource Economics from the University of Florida. |
