We provide expert research and analysis of the facts in construction disputes. Our experience includes testimony at trial or arbitration in more than 100 disputes and presentation at negotiations or mediations in over 300 disputes. Our particular strength is in delay and disruption disputes, construction defects, and graphic presentations which assist in the understanding of complex disputed issues.

PATRICK W. BRANNON, P.E.
Pat's Florida construction experience began in 1972 as he worked his way up through the trades with experience as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent and project manager. Along the way Pat earned his BS in Engineering "With Honors" from the University of Florida. Pat is also a Certified General Contractor and has particular experience in designing and constructing industrial facilities. He also has experience in CPM scheduling, claims research, and dispute resolution on projects valued in excess of $100 million. Expert testimony includes trial, arbitration and extensive mediation experience.
DANIEL R. ZORRILLA, CGC
Dan's construction experience began in 1992 as he worked his way up through being a pipefitter to a fire sprinkler estimator and draftsman. Dan earned his BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida, his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson College of Law, and is a licensed attorney in Florida. He is a Certified General Contractor and has experience in constructing multi-story residential, commercial, and hotel projects. He also has experience in CPM scheduling, claims research, quantifying damages, cost analysis, and dispute resolution on projects valued in excess of $100 million. Dan has extensive trial, arbitration, and mediation experience.
