Director
Pat Brannon began his Florida construction career in 1972, gaining practical experience from the ground up—as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, and project manager. He earned his B.S. in Engineering with Honors from the University of Florida and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified General Contractor.
Pat has extensive experience in the design and construction of industrial facilities, CPM scheduling, claims research, and dispute resolution on projects exceeding $100 million. His expert testimony spans trial, arbitration, and mediation, making him a trusted voice in high-stakes disputes.

Dan Zorrilla entered the construction industry in 1992, gaining early experience as a pipefitter, fire sprinkler estimator, and draftsman. He earned a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Stetson College of Law. Dan is a Certified General Contractor and a licensed attorney in the State of Florida.
Dan has led the construction of complex multi-story residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. His expertise includes CPM scheduling, claim evaluation, cost analysis, and dispute resolution on projects valued over $100 million. He has provided expert testimony in trial, arbitration, and extensive mediation proceedings.
